The project was divided into three main areas - tasks, chat and video calls - and connected them with a common logic of interaction within one product.
We examined the main scenarios of team work: setting a task, discussing work issues and holding online meetings.
We defined a general model in which tasks, messages and calls do not exist separately, but are connected elements of the workflow.
We designed a common navigation between the three main modules so that the user can quickly move from managing a task to a discussion or call.
